What is divorce and relationship coaching?
Divorce and relationship coaching is a supportive, structured process designed to help you navigate change, gain clarity, and move forward with intention. It focuses on understanding what’s happening now, identifying priorities, and supporting you one step at a time.
Coaching offers practical support and signposting along with empathetic listening and no judgement.
It is ideal for someone looking for immediate help and action, and a few sessions can often unstick what was stuck, increase momentum and bring about significant change.
As your coach I will also become your accountability buddy, often taking the fear and uncertainty out of decision making, as well as helping you build an independent future with confidence.
Testimonial:
“In the immediate aftermath of separation, I was overwhelmed with emotion and struggling to make clear decisions. Susannah helped me understand what practical steps I needed to take in those early weeks, offering information I wouldn’t have known to look for myself.
She stopped me from going down endless online rabbit holes and helped me focus on what actually mattered, so I didn’t lose valuable time or energy I simply didn’t have. She also brought my attention to important considerations that I wouldn’t have thought of in that state.
Her support was calm, kind and grounded, enabling me to take necessary action when I otherwise would have felt completely stuck. I highly recommend her to anyone at any stage of separation who needs support, knowledge and guidance at such a difficult time.” NR

Who will be your coach?
I’m Susannah.
The founder of Head Heart Hand Coaching, supporting people through divorce, relationship breakdown and periods of significant personal change.
I am a fully accredited Practitioner and Master Practitioner in Divorce & Breakup Coaching, holding accreditation from the International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence. The membership includes ongoing Continuing Professional Development, access to a network of professionals, resouces and supervision. I also hold a BA(Hons) degree in Psychology which underpins my practice.
My background spans business leadership, education, and community work, and I bring a rare combination of emotional insight and practical capability to my coaching. My degree in Psychology informed my career choices and informs my coaching approach. Before retraining as a relationship coach, I co-founded and led a multi award-winning business for over ten years, managing everything from people and finances to strategy and delivery — often under pressure and through periods of uncertainty.
What this means for my clients is that I can support both the emotional experience of change and the practical realities that come with it. I work calmly, ethically, and without judgement, helping you think clearly, feel supported, and take steady, manageable steps forward.
I have experienced my own significant period of change including divorce, a career change and the challenges being a woman in mid-life can bring. Many of my clients are navigating multiple changes and challenges including and not limited to separation, menopause, neurodiversity, career challenges and ageing parents. I am passionate about empowering women to be informed, take control of their circumstances and move through changes and challenges with confidence.
